At RillaRue, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the items are in their original condition, with tags still attached and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to a fee.

To initiate a return, please contact us at help@rillarue.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once you have an RA number, you can send your item back to us, at your own cost, to the following address: http://rillarue.returnscenter.com

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect. In this case, please contact us at help@rillarue.com and we will assist you with the return and cover the shipping costs.
